We also offer longer term Rent to Buy options for aspirational tenants that are also looking to initially rent and secure or acquire their home over the longer term period.

The Property and Individual Rooms will be fully licenced to be compliant with all HMO, Fire and Legal regulations, with the appropriate safety check and certifications completed each year.
