The monthly rental includes all bills, utilities and council taxes, hi speed Wi-Fi costs, and a fortnightly cleaner for all communal spaces, where requested. 

Our commitment is to provide modern and bright fully furnished rooms to a high standard, that include feature walls, Double beds, bedside tables, wardrobes and drawers etc.

Plus a Desk and high speed internet connectivity throughout the property. 

The Property and Individual Rooms will be fully licenced to be compliant with all HMO, Fire and Legal regulations, with the appropriate safety check and certifications completed each year.  

We will conduct regular (monthly) property inspections to ensure that all communal spaces are clean & tidy.  This also allows us to ensure that any property maintenance is addressed and scheduled as appropriate. 

We have put in place technology systems and WhatsApp groups for ease of use and contact directly into your local Landlord.

We also have local maintenance 'Trades' and insurances on hand should something go wrong!
