With a keen interest in property, the inner architect in me launched the business in 2024 with the mission to raise the living standards in rental and HMO accommodation by delivering higher quality individual and co-living spaces for working professionals.
Having relocated to Northampton as a young professional, I took a room in a large co-living (HMO) property and had a blast along the ‘Wellie Road’ whilst living there. Fast forward a few decades later, and the market demands have moved on significantly, but sadly some of the accommodation and shared facilities available have not!
Further, now with a daughter with learning disabilities, the present state and future landscape of shared social housing (particularly for young adults with special needs) disappoints and concerns me, of which I am determined to make a positive impact on, for both my own daughter’s sake and that of others.
Gaining a first step on the property ladder is challenging, and I hope to improve and help accelerate that journey by sourcing, refurbishing and delivering high quality rental and co-living accommodation as a cost effective yet inspirational first step to property ownership in the future.
I offer substantial local knowledge of the property and rental market in Northamptonshire to help educate and inform both landlords and tenants of property choices and the essential amenities and facilities required for success. I have undertook a huge amount of market research and property training over the last 12 months, and in combination with a 30 years+ successful career in Sales and Marketing Leadership, have now launched Hall Asset Management.
